Tell us what you need.
The current refund-policy page controls final eligibility. These steps help the family team locate the order and respond efficiently.
Find the order.
Use the email address from checkout and include the order number. Your customer account can help you locate it.
Open my accountDescribe the reason.
Tell us whether the concern is product fit, size, dispenser, damage, leakage, a packing error, or something else.
Contact usAdd useful photos.
For a damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete shipment, photograph the product, label, packaging, and shipping label.
Follow the instructions.
Wait for the return guidance that applies to the order. Keep the product and packaging until the next step is clear.
Check eligibilityWhen the product is not the problem
Sometimes the first oil is simply the wrong texture.
A return can be the right answer. So can learning that you wanted a lighter finish, a richer massage oil, less natural aroma, or a different dispenser.
Too rich or heavy?
Ask about Olive Squalane, Grape Seed, Cucumber Seed, or another quicker-feeling option.
Too light or quick?
Ask about Avocado, Baobab, Castor, Vitamin E, or a richer body and massage routine.
Natural aroma is not for you?
Choose by the exact product's processing and sensory notes. Natural does not automatically mean fragrance-free or aroma-free.
The bottle or pump is the issue?
Tell us the size and dispenser shown on the label. Photos help separate a packaging problem from a product-fit question.
Wrong, damaged, leaking, or incomplete
Preserve the evidence before cleaning up.
Carrier scans show where a box traveled; they do not show the condition or contents inside. Clear photos let us see the difference.
